Godex Printer Setup Guide

1. Driver Installation

1. Download latest drivers from:
   Godex G500 Driver Download
2. Run downloaded installer
3. Follow all installation prompts

2. Configure Printing Preferences

Page Setup Tab

• Under Stock section:
  • Click New to create page size

Graphics Tab

• Set Dithering to None

Stock Tab

• Print Method: Thermal Transfer
• Media Type: Continuous
• Extra Feed: 0.0mm
• Post-Print Action: None
• Position Adjustments:
  • Toggle OFF
  • Start/Stop positions: 0 (Absolute)

Options Tab

• Speed: 50.8mm/s
• Darkness: 7

3. Generate Artwork

1. Open Plate Generator app
2. Enter Registration Number
3. Optional: Enable Border
4. Set Font Size: 100
5. Input Company Name & Postcode
6. Click Print to generate PDF

4. Final Printing

1. Open generated PDF in Chrome
2. Click print icon (top-right)
3. Select configured Paper Size
4. Set Scale: Default
5. Execute print
