🔁 Returns Policy — Meena Lite (Wholesale Only)

At Meena Lite, we supply exclusively to trade and wholesale customers. As a business-to-business (B2B) supplier, our transactions are not covered by consumer protection laws that apply to retail (B2C) purchases. The Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act do not apply.

All returns are therefore handled under the following wholesale terms and conditions:

📝 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only unused, undamaged, and uncustomised items are eligible.

  • Custom-made or personalised number plates are non-returnable unless they are faulty due to our error.

  • Returns are accepted only from registered wholesale customers.

💸 Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns for reasons other than a fault or error on our part will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee, which may increase depending on the condition and quantity of goods returned.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • If the return reduces a bulk-order quantity below the discounted threshold, the refund will be recalculated at the non-discounted rate.

🧰 Kits and Letter Sets

  • Kits must be returned complete and unused. Opened or partially used kits cannot be accepted.

  • Letter sets must be returned in full. If any letters are missing or used, a 25% restocking fee will apply, plus any deductions for the missing parts.

  • Incomplete or mixed returns may be refused at our discretion.

🚀 How to Start a Return

To request a return, email meenasupplies@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for return

  3. Clear photos if any item is faulty or incorrect

Returns must not be sent back without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of returned goods.

  • Refunds will be made only for the approved items — not for entire bulk shipments if only one component is affected.

  • If a customer chooses to return an entire order instead of accepting replacement parts for minor issues, the return will be treated as a change-of-mind return and subject to the restocking fee.

  • We reserve the right to deduct additional handling charges for incomplete, damaged, or unsaleable returns.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty due to our error.

  • Valid faults refer only to clear manufacturing defects that affect the final use of the product (for example, incorrect items supplied or visibly defective components).

  • Missing parts are not considered a valid reason for return, as it is normal for kit products and bulk orders to arrive in multiple packages or on separate delivery dates.
    Any missing items will be checked and resent where applicable, not refunded via return.

  • The following are not considered faults or damage:

    • Minor marks, scuffs, or residue on the protective film or reverse side of blank plates that do not affect final use or appearance.

    • Normal handling or packaging marks consistent with trade supply standards.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • As a B2B supplier, Meena Lite operates under wholesale trade terms — consumer return rights do not apply.

  • Bulk or special orders may carry additional restrictions.

  • Returns are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis, and acceptance of one return does not constitute ongoing obligation.

  • By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these return terms in full.
